PreSelection

The EurExcel EurPlan service is powered by VarTec Telecom and is a PreSelection service. PreSelect is designed to encourage greater competition within the telecommunications industry. Customers can benefit from lower call prices whilst retaining a quality service. It is only available to Telekom Austria subscribers*.

PreSelection is very simple, it allows customers to have a permanent call setting with a service provider. Unlike call by call, PreSelection does not require customers to tap in an access code or to connect a dialler to route their calls, as this is completed automatically.

This means calls will automatically be routed through the EurExcel system for your direct dialled local and national calls together with calls to mobile phones and international destinations (excluding special call numbers, these calls will be routed automatically over the Telekom Austria network.

The best thing about the EurExcel EurPlan service is that once it is set-up there is no need to tap in an access code before every number you call. By joining this service, your calls will be automatically routed across the EurExcel network. No code to remember and you have the peace of mind that you could be benefiting from great rates every time you pick up the phone.

This automatic EurExcel service takes approximately 5 working days to set-up and we will send you confirmation of when you will be switched to EurPlan.
