EurExcel operates a pre-selection service which means that your calls are automatically diverted across our network so you don't have to insert a dialler or remember to dial an access code.

Activating your EurExcel service is easy:
A Customer Registration Form must be completed carefully in BLOCK LETTERS, signed and returned to EurExcel. Please ensure you quote the ID or the Agreement number of the Independent Adviser who is introducing you to EurExcel.Please send a signed completed Direct Debit form to us at the same time if this is the way you wish to pay your bill (see below). The Direct Debit form must be posted, please do NOT FAX this form.

If you wish to apply for EurExcel service for your small business, please also complete the EurExcel Business Credit Application Form and return it together with your Customer Authorisation Form.
How Long Does It Take
Once we have received the signed Customer Registration Form your service will be switched over in approximately 6 working days. We will write to you to confirm your switch over date. Should you require any further information or assistance please contact the Independent Adviser who introduced you to EurExcel or contact EurExcel Customer Care - available all day, every day.

Paying your EurExcel Bill
You will receive a monthly, itemised bill for all your EurExcel calls. The most convenient methods for paying your bill are either by Direct Debit or continuous credit card payment.
Paying by Direct Debit is hassle free but puts you in complete control.
Paying by Direct means that you can relax, secure in the knowledge that any future payment to EurExcel Limited for your EurExcel service will be settled on time and automatically. You stay in complete control. If you have a bank account, Direct Debit payments can be collected from your account each month. You will have received your regular bill, so you'll always know how much is being paid and have enough time to query your bill if you wish. Plus, you never have to worry about being disconnected from the EurExcel service because your account will always be up to date.
Direct Debit means peace of mind
In the event of a Direct Debit being paid in error, you can obtain an immediate refund from your bank.

Download a copy of the Direct Debit form
Complete the form retaining the Direct Debit Guarantee for your reference.
Return the form to EurExcel at the address shown on the form.
To pay by continuous credit card, call EurExcel Customer Care free on 0800 102 310 and provide the agent with the necessary information.

Will I still receive a bill from Telekom Austria?
You will still receive your normal bill for line rental and for any apparatus or service that Telekom Austria provides you with
Can I use EurExcel for all my calls?
EurExcel PreSelection-Service allows customers to be automatically routed through the EurExcel network for all of their direct dialled national calls together with calls to mobile phones and international destinations. There are some calls that you will not be able to make with EurExcel, for example premium rate services, such as information and entertainment lines, operator services, directory enquiries and emergency numbers are excluded from PreSelection. These calls will be routed and billed through Telekom Austria automatically.
How long will it take to set-up?

How will I be charged for the EurExcel service?
You will receive a monthly bill from VarTec Telecom which will include all your itemised EurExcel calls.
What if I changes my address or phone number?
To make sure you continue to benefit from the EurExcel savings, just call the EurExcel Customer Care Line on 0800 102 310.An agent will take your details and will explain how you can continue to make savings with the EurExcel service.
